Current Hay Market Summary
We are still seeing low volumes of hay available on the market, especially in small bales. Prices on small bales continue to rise with premium quality reaching nearly $9.00 a bale. Going into winter we do not anticipate any softening of the market. Large bales are trending up with premium quality bales being hard to come by.
