Hay & Consignment Auction

Sellers

1. Bring your items Tuesday & Wednsday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
2. Sign in on the log in the office and mark EACH item with your seller number
3. Seller is responsible for their items till it is sold
4. Seller will pickup and dispose of any unsold items 
5. Seller CHECKS are MAILED the next business day following the auction
6. Seller checks under $20.00 will have a $3.00 handeling fee
   

Buyers

1. Buyer is responsible for items after winning them
2. All sales must be paid for the night of the auciton
3. All purchased items must be removed by the day following the auction 
4. No buyer premium 
5. All buyers responsible for conditon and quality of item(s) prior to bidding. Homestead Sales Inc. offers no guaruntees on any item(s)
   

Payment

1. Cash accepted
2. Checks accepted, Returned check fee $30
3. Credit Cards accepted, 4% convience fee charge

Security

1. Site is video monitored & recorded 24/7
2. No loading or unloading after 10pm

Seller Commision Fee Table

$1.00 - $99.00 = 30%

$100.00 - $149.00 = 25%

$150.00 - $199.00 = 20%

$200.00 - $499.00 = 15%

$500 + = 10%
